   A digital file containing the names and Social Security numbers of 8,600
   people was mistakenly sent to 49 Johnson County employees on July 1. The
   details  were released today. </p><p>The information was maintained in
   Johnson County&rsquo;s payroll database. The file was inadvertently attached
   to an e-mail sent to the 49 employees. County officials said the error was
   discovered in less than an hour and all recipients were asked to delete the
   attachment.</p><p>An investigation of the incident concluded there was very
   minimal risk of disclosure or misuse of the information.</p><p>Deputy County
   Manager  Hannes Zacharias said officials met with all 49 recipients to
   confirm     that     no    information    was    reproduced.</p><p><hr

   file was inadvertently attached to an e-mail sent to the 49 employees.
   County officials said the error was discovered in less than an hour and all
