Curators' note:

According to the entities' submissions to the U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services, Milton Pathology Services reported 11,000 individuals affected; Holyoke Medical Center reported 24,750 affected; and Milford Regional Medical Center reported 19,750 affected.

Carney Hospital, part of Caritas Christi Health Care System, does not seem to have filed a report with HHS.
