International Bank of Commerce (IBC) is a fully chartered bank that is headquartered in Laredo, Texas (United States). It is one of the largest banks based in Texas, and is the 98th largest U.S. bank by asset size. In addition, IBC is the largest minority-owned bank in the United States. The motto of the bank is "We Do More". The International Bank of Commerce of Laredo was founded in 1966 to meet the needs of the small businesses in the city. Today, it serves as the flagship bank of International Bancshares Corporation. Since its opening, IBC has grown from less than $1 million in assets to over $10.9 billion making it one of Texas' largest banks.
